Company Profile

River City Building Maintenance, Inc. is a locally owned and operated Virginia corporation located in Richmond.  It was founded in March 2000 by co-owners Joseph L. Kays and Roxane C. Kays.  It is a member of the Better Business Bureau with a rating of excellent.  We are an industry associated member with the Building Service Contractors Association International.
 

Our Experience 

River City Building Maintenance, Inc. has been serving the Richmond area for over 10 years.  Our management staff each has 15 to 30 years of service in the janitorial industry.  Our staff has worked with local, regional, and national janitorial firms from Virginia to Texas.
 

Our Service

One area that separates us from our competition is our fast response time to service issues or requests.  Our office is centrally located in Richmond with 10 to 20 minute drive times to anywhere in the Metro Richmond area.

Our Employees

We are very loyal to our employees and treat them right.  The result is that our managers and cleaning staff are very loyal employees with a nearly zero employee turnover compared to 300% turnover in the industry.  The major benefit to you and your customers is guaranteed consistency night after night.
 

Our Quality

At River City Building Maintenance, "good enough" is simply not good enough. We provide a quarterly online Quality Satisfaction Review for each of our clients to fill out.  Every three months the president and/or vice-president will provide a personal analysis of your Quality Satisfaction Review results and respond as you would expect.
 
We have worked hard to earn and keep our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  We work to listen to our clients to ensure continued satisfaction with our services.  This "best practice" procedure evaluates the level of listening and communication, ensuring that our performance continues to exceed your expectations.
