Roxane Kays

Roxane Kays is one of the River City Building Maintenance, Inc. co-founder and Adminstrator. She is has been in the management field for 25 years and is a graduate of Lynchburg College with a degree in Medical Records Technology and Business. Her experience includes management in private commercial business and the medical industry, office management, communication, customer relations, labor relations, software implementation, OSHA compliance officer, and payroll.

In addition to these, she is responsible for deveoping training procedures for employees, all areas of employee relations, insurance, employee benefits, public relations, purchasing, and safety.

Roxane is also responsible for all RCBM administration. She is associated with operations at the Psychological Institute of Richmond, WestEnd Orthopedics at St. Mary's Hospital, CJW Hospital, and Henrico Doctors Hospital.
